Gidea Park parish hosts exploration of Easter Triduum

Mgr David Manson will be the speaker at the next Gidea Park Faith Evening: Preparing for Holy Week.  Fr Adrian Graffy, who organises the evenings, says: “Attendees will have an opportunity to explore the ceremonies of the Easter Triduum in preparation for the most important days of the liturgical year.”

Mgr David Manson will be well-known to many in the diocese for his work as Vicar General from 2001 to 2015. He was ordained for the Diocese of Brentwood in 1985 and completed studies of Sacred Liturgy at the Pontifical Liturgical Institute of Sant’ Anselmo in Rome.
Fr David is at present parish priest of Braintree and is a member of the diocesan Liturgy Commission.
The event will take place at Christ the Eternal High Priest Church, Gidea Park on Wednesday 7 March, 7 p.m. – 8.30 p.m.

There are bus and train links to Gidea Park station, which is three minutes’ walk from the church. Easy access from M25 and Gallows Corner. Ample free parking available.
