Teachers considering the next step in their professional journey are warmly invited to join this diocesan training session exploring middle leadership in Catholic secondary schools.
This course is designed for those who may be thinking about future leadership roles, the session will provide an insight into the responsibilities, opportunities and challenges of middle leadership, while encouraging participants to reflect on their own skills, vocation and aspirations. Through practical guidance, discussion and shared experiences, attendees will gain a clearer understanding of what middle leadership involves and how they can begin preparing for the next stage of their career.
This Training is open to ECT Year 2s and those who do not yet hold a middle leadership position.
