Teachers considering senior leadership positions are warmly invited to join this diocesan Aspiring Leaders training course for Catholic secondary schools. Designed for those currently holding middle leadership positions and looking for senior leadership positions and those holding senior leadership roles, looing for headships, the course will provide insight into the qualities, responsibilities and challenges of effective leadership within a Catholic school context. Through practical guidance, discussion and shared experiences, participants will be encouraged to reflect on their own skills, vocation and aspirations, while gaining a clearer understanding of leadership pathways and how they can begin preparing for the next stage of their career.
This course will be hosted by Clodagh Benning, Secondary Link Advisor and lead by serving Headteachers.
