The Guild of St Stephen – Brentwood Diocese warmly invites all altar servers and their families to the Mass for Altar Servers on Saturday 19 September 2026 at 11.30am, taking place at St Joseph the Worker, Hutton (CM13 1BJ).
Servers are asked to arrive by 11.15am and to bring their own alb/cassock and cotta. Parking is available onsite, and the nearest train station is Shenfield (Elizabeth Line & National Rail).
Following Mass, refreshments will be served in the Parish Hall, after which the Guild of St Stephen Brentwood Diocese AGM will take place.
This special Mass will be offered for all altar servers across the Diocese and in thanksgiving for John McCormack, marking 36 years of dedicated service as Chairman of the Guild.
