Parishioners, clergy, school staff, catechists, volunteers and young adults are warmly invited to a series of Caritas in-person events in September, October, and November. Each will explore an area of focus in more detail and invite attendees to consider how their local communities are responding. This is also a wonderful opportunity to visit parishes across the Diocese and hear speakers from additional parishes.
The first event is entitled: Environment, Laudato Si’
It will be held on Saturday, 26 September hosted by Brentwood Cathedral of St Mary & St Helen
9:45am arrivals – 12:30pm departures
It will be a talk on Catholic Social Teaching from Fr Matthias Baidoo.
Followed by lived experience from parishioners in St Teresa of Lisieux Parish, Lexden. All welcome.
