Congratulations to our newest priest, Fr Matúš Meleg, who was ordained by Bishop Alan Williams sm on Saturday 16 March at Our Lady of Grace and St Teresa of Avila in Chingford.
Fr Matúš was ordained Deacon in Westminster Cathedral in the summer of 2023 and has been working at St Thomas of Canterbury in Grays since then. Immediately after his ordination on Saturday 16 March, he celebrated his first Mass in Grays in English on the morning of Sunday 17 March he celebrated his first Mass in Slovak in Grays.
