The course is designed for Headteachers and Chairs/Vice-Chairs of Governors and will cover elements such as :
- How BDES work with and support schools;
- Making use of the CES and their model employment documentation;
- BDES recruitment documentation;
- Shortlisting process; and
- Setting interview day and tasks.
