The course is designed for Headteachers and Chairs/Vice-Chairs of Governors and will cover elements such as :

  • How BDES work with and support schools;
  • Making use of the CES and their model employment documentation;
  • BDES recruitment documentation;
  • Shortlisting process; and
  • Setting interview day and tasks.
