Brentwood Diocese’s final celebration for its centenary year will take place on Saturday 28 October as the Cathedral lights up for a centenary music concert featuring the music of Vivaldi (Double Trumpet Concerto and Gloria); Vaughan Williams (Serenade to Music); Elgar (Sospiri) and Schubert (Mass in G).

The concert will be conducted by Diocesan Master of Music Andrew Wright and will showcase the talents of the Brentwood Cathedral Choir, Brentwood Choral Society, the Diocesan Centenary Choir and ELMS Symphony Orchestra.

Soprano Julia Wilson-James and contralto Chlöe Treharne will be performing, alongside tenor Michael Bradley and bass Joshua Chapman. Trumpeters Sam Lewis and Darren Moore will also take part.
