On the evening of Wednesday 12 June at 7 pm Fr David Manson, expert in the Sacred Liturgy, will be leading an exploration of the Liturgical Year. He will explain the key seasons of the Church’s year, and also look at how the celebration of feasts is arranged.

The Liturgical Year

The Second Vatican Council thoroughly reviewed the Catholic Liturgy. This revision included a renewal of the Liturgical Year, in which the major seasons of the Church’s year were enhanced, and the celebration of the feasts given appropriate prominence. Our Faith Evening will explore these developments.
