On 12 July, churches around the world celebrate Sea Sunday, a day for people to come together to pray for seafarers, fishers, and all who work at sea, and thank them for the vital role they play in our lives - a role that is being made even more difficult by conflict around the world.
The Inaugural Summit of the Pathways to Freedom Africa Network (PFAN) reaffirmed the vision of ‘Church and State working together’ and laid the foundation for a coordinated continental response to human trafficking.

Bishop Curry has welcomed the joint statement from world leaders on the worsening situation in the West Bank, adding that "it is important for all who work for peace and reconciliation to turn words into actions".
Archbishop Moth says: The technologies that have been created through human skill should be used at the service of truly human ends. Technology must not be used to embed unjust economic systems and abuses of power, but must always be at the service of human development.”
