Bishop Alan is encouraging people to follow the example of Pope Francis when offered a vaccine against Covid-19.
“Any church that cannot open safely, with all necessary Covid measures in place, should not do so”
Bishop Alan has written to all parishes to give further guidance on the opening of churches, saying that it is paramount that clergy and laity alike follow the requirements for distance, stewarding, and sanitisation.
