Find out more about the Gospel of Mark

Man sitting on benchOn most Sundays during 2021 we shall be reading from the Gospel according to Mark. In two new video presentations Fr Adrian Graffy, parish priest and member of the Pontifical Biblical Commission, demonstrates the skill with which Mark put his gospel together, and how Mark’s material was used by later evangelists, Matthew and Luke.

Fr Adrian says: “Each year we have a fresh look at a gospel. In these extraordinary times the Jesus of Mark challenges us ‘to be servants and give our lives for others’.”

The talks are accessible free of charge from the home page of www.whatgoodnews.org and also on the page entitled ‘Faith Talks’.
