The documents attached below are provided to support the appointment of new and existing Foundation Governors and Directors within the Diocese. The application forms should be completed by individuals who wish to be considered, or re-considered, for these roles, helping us to understand experience, skills and commitment to supporting our schools or Trusts.
The Priest reference form should be completed by the applicant’s parish Priest, to provide a supporting reference regarding the applicant’s faith commitment and suitability.
Completed application forms should be forwarded to the Diocese or directly to the school / Trust that the applicant is interested in supporting.
